Copy Trading features allow you to mirror trades taken by another account. This does not reduce risk. The account you are copying may take positions that do not align with your risk tolerance, account size, or financial goals.

Copying another trader's activity does not constitute a financial advisory relationship. Results will differ between copied accounts and your own account due to differences in account balance, stake sizing, and timing of execution.

Spikora Club operates as a tools and analytics layer on top of the Deriv trading platform. All actual trading activity, account management, fund custody, and order execution occurs on Deriv's infrastructure. Spikora Club is not the regulated broker and has no control over trade execution, pricing, or account operations on Deriv.

Spikora Club is not responsible for:

• Any change in Deriv's terms, API availability, or platform functionality.
• Interruptions to Deriv's services that affect bot execution or account access.
• Any pricing discrepancy, slippage, or rejected order on Deriv's side.

Automated trading depends on stable internet connectivity, server availability, and software reliability. You may experience losses arising from:

• Interruption of internet connectivity on your end or our servers.
• Unexpected software errors or latency in bot execution.
• Delays in data synchronisation between Spikora Club and Deriv.
• Browser crashes or device shutdowns during an active bot session.

You are responsible for monitoring your active bots and ensuring your trading environment is stable.

Any figures cited in marketing materials, including win rates, average returns, or example profits, are illustrative only and are not promises or projections of future performance.
